Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification is required.
Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
Recommended two — three years’ experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (including traditional DTT programs, familiarity with Skinner’s Analysis of Verbal Behavior; direct strategies; early intervention and natural environment teaching).
Displays clear and concise communication with executive staff, supervisory staff and therapists. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor utilizing solution-based language. Possess exceptional collaboration skills with colleagues and superiors to meet individual and corporate goals. Provides direct, honest and respectful solutions, strategies and opinions when working with the executive staff.
Excellent time management skills, experience managing caseload and on special projects, and displays exceptional teamwork skills to create a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
Provide mentoring, supervision and support to clients via a minimum of once per week direct case management to identify areas of individual deficits, develop and implement individualized programs based on goals consistent with evidenced based ABA methodologies at the highest quality level. All programs should include timely implementation of goals and targets, probing and progression of lessons, collection of real time data and analysis, development and implementation of behavior intervention plans in accordance with best practices. Conduct clinic meetings as appropriate and ensure comprehensive dissemination of information to staff and families.
Ensure billable hours are completed in accordance with funding sources and designated amounts, oversee communication with families and funding sources to ensure program hours are attained (i..e absences made up), provide consistent and reliable case management and collaboration with families and teachers.
Effectively carry caseload with an increasing variety of ages, diagnosis and funding source requirements. Conduct initial and ongoing assessments under supervision and gaining mastery of a variety of protocols (i.e. ABBLS, VB-MAPP, BDI), develop and oversee implementation of evidence-based ABA programs consistent with program designs, conduct supervised Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis, develop, implement and provide ongoing modification and assessment of Positive Behavior Intervention Plans in accordance with best practices and ABA research.
Maintain all administrative records , client files and electronic files in accordance with corporate requirements including updated authorizations, contact and client information, collaborate with other Program Supervisors to ensure working environment and materials are organized and effective for staff.
